Concerned about the environment, our rice producer located in the city of Hokota, in the prefecture of Ibaraki, has set up a organic farming which has earned him several awards, including the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in 1999 and 2009. With the idea of giving back to the rice field what it has given him, Agri Yamazaki resows the bran of his rice after the harvest and thus benefits from a natural and organic fertilizer.
