
Usage
Instructions: Rinse the rice several times and then drain. 1.2 parts water to 1 part dry rice. After cooking, keep warm for 10 minutes then aerate well by mixing the rice gently. Allow 75g of dry rice per person.
You can use this high-quality rice in your sushi with our rice vinegars, but it doesn't need to be vinegared to enhance your blanquettes and other dishes with sauce.
