

Usage
Rinse the rice several times and then drain. 1.2 parts water to 1 part dry rice. After cooking, keep warm for 10 minutes then aerate well by mixing the rice gently. Allow 75g of dry rice per person.
It can also be eaten cold, it goes very well with dishes in sauce such as curry or blanquette or your stews, but can also be eaten in a bowl or as sushi.
