
Usage
It easily replaces white rice in your sushi, as well as your blanquettes and curries. Mix it with white rice to add color and texture to your dishes.
Instructions: Rinse the rice by rubbing it with your hands, then drain. Place the rice in your rice cooker and add 1.2 parts water to 1 part dry rice. After cooking, keep warm for 10 minutes, then aerate well by stirring the rice gently. Allow 75g of dry rice per person.
