Description

Tosazu literally means Tosa vinegar. Located in Shikoku, the Tosa region, now Kochi, was renowned for its excellent bonito. This is why Tosazu vinegar is made primarily from dashi, a Japanese broth made from a blend of bonito and kombu seaweed. It also contains soy sauce and mirin. This vinegar has the particularity of having powerful smoky notes.

Flavor

A sweet vinegar with a deep umami flavor and delicious smoky notes that linger on the palate.

Conservation

Store in a cool, dark place. Shake well before serving. After opening, close the cap tightly and store in the refrigerator. Consume promptly.
