Description
White miso is miso that has been fermented for a shorter time and contains less salt than other miso. The color of shiro miso may darken over time due to natural aging, but this does not affect its flavor.
This miso has been fermented for one to two weeks.
Flavor
It is sweet, slightly salty, very umami.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening.
