
Usage
This syrup can be drunk diluted with 4-5 parts water. It also pairs very well with alcohols such as beer, shochu, or cider, for example. You can add it to your smoothies and desserts (jellies, ganaches, granitas, bavarois, creams), put it on yogurt, or even ice cream. Mix it with a little olive oil to make a vinaigrette sauce that will go perfectly with octopus carpaccio.
