

Usage
Traditionally, this yuzu salt is used with tempura fritters and other fried dishes, as well as sashimi. It will subtly enhance your steamed and brothy dishes, such as cod papillote or stir-fried vegetables. Your grilled dishes will also be equally delicious: chicken or beef skewers, grilled prawns, or grilled red mullet, for example, will pair perfectly with this salt. You can also add it to your fruit salad or vanilla ice cream. Yuzu salt pairs very well with tequila.
