Description

Literally sweet sake, it's a non-alcoholic beverage made by fermenting rice with koji. The enzymes in the koji transform the rice starch into sugar. This creates a superfood rich in nutrients like vitamin B, kojic acid, and dietary fiber. It has beneficial effects on the skin, intestinal flora, and fatigue, and is very low in calories. It's gluten- and lactose-free and suitable for any diet.
