Description

Kishimen are a variety of udon noodles that are flat and wider than traditional udon. Kishimen produced by Toa Foods are made using a traditional process specific to the Hyogo region, specifically Harima Province, formerly known as Banshu, located in the heart of Japan and renowned for its dry noodle production.

Usage Instructions: Cook in a large volume of water for 5-6 minutes. Similar to udon, kishimen noodles can be eaten with dashi or tsuyu broth, in soup but also in sauce or stir-fried like in pad thai for example.
