Description
This new kind of sauce is a distillation of Tokushima's charm. It's a spicy, sweet, and refreshing sauce that combines yuzu juice and persimmon chili vinegar while retaining the flavor of each ingredient. Bakasco, whose name obviously evokes the famous Tabasco, was named after Bando ("Ba") and Kawazoe ("Ka"), the two producers located in Tokushima who teamed up to create this flavorful condiment.
Flavor
After the acidity of persimmon vinegar, enveloped in a sweet scent of yuzu, we discover a punchy and spicy taste.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated.

Bando
Bando Foods is a small family business located in the Tokushima prefecture, on the island of Shikoku, where it carefully cultivates exceptional Japanese citrus fruits: yuzu, sudachi and yuko. Its orchards, located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level and covering more than 7,700 m², produce each year approximately 25 tons of fruit.
