This artisanal, organic sauce could be likened to a "Japanese-style ketchup." In Japan, it accompanies a very popular dish, Tonkatsu: breaded pork cutlet.

It is made with organic vegetables and fruits (tomato, onion, carrot, and others) as well as organic rice and apple vinegars, organic soy sauce, naturally organic sugar, and a subtle blend of spices. The sauce has a thick and creamy texture, characteristic of traditional Japanese tonkatsu sauces, with a richness due to the reduction of the vegetables and fruits used.

As with this artisan's other products, this sauce emphasizes rigorously selected organic raw materials and production that respects the environment and the authentic taste of Japan.

Flavor
