Usage This vegetarian liquid dashi will allow you to prepare soups such as miso soup, as well as broths and sauces. It is ideal for seasoning rice cooking water , a risotto or an omelet. Add flavor to your vegetables by marinating and cooking them in dashi. Recommended dilution is 1 to 8 volumes, or 125 ml to 1 L of water, to make clear broths.
