
Usage
Soak vegetables (cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, radishes, zucchini, peppers, etc.) in the vinegar for about an hour. Then drain and remove excess water by squeezing them by hand or using a cloth. This will keep the vegetables crisp and you can incorporate them into your salads to add texture and flavor. This tsukemono vinegar is also delicious used in your salad dressings and other seasonings.
