Usage
Perfect for adding texture to a dish, aonori seaweed strands can be used as a garnish on okonomiyaki or a bowl of hot soba soup. To fully enjoy the aromatic notes of aonori suji, you can add them to oil-based dishes like fried fish and other fried foods. They are also delicious with butter-based dishes, for example, spread on buttered toast, or with cream-based dishes, such as in pasta recipes. Aonori seaweed can also be used as a seasoning for risotto, added at the end of cooking, to enjoy all its fragrance and delicate flavor.
