

Usage
These premium quality wakame seaweeds can be used in salads, sunomono, or soups. Soak the wakame in plenty of cold water for 3 to 5 minutes; they will expand once rehydrated, up to 15 times their original size. Drain well and season to taste. Umami Vinegar for Sunomono Seasoning pairs perfectly with these seaweeds.
