Description

Furikake is a Japanese condiment made from seaweed and sesame seeds, traditionally sprinkled over rice. Notably used to enhance the rice bowls of Japanese sailors during the war, it is now a staple of everyday Japanese cuisine. This furikake is flavored with yuzu kosho (yuzu chili paste).

Flavor

The acidity and aroma of yuzu bring a fresh and fruity note, while the chili pepper adds a subtle and spicy heat, creating a pleasant balance on the palate.

Conservation

Store at room temperature, away from sunlight, heat and humidity.
