Description

Furikake is a Japanese condiment made from seaweed and sesame seeds, traditionally sprinkled over rice. Notably used to enhance the rice bowls of Japanese sailors during the war, it is now a staple of everyday Japanese cuisine. This furikake is flavored with egg.

Flavor

The richness of the eggs blends with the typical aroma of nori, creating a tasty, sweet and slightly umami combination.
