Black sesame cake

Cake au sésame noir

Ingredients

  • 40g black sesame paste
  • 150g of yogurt
  • 50g of honey
  • 120g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 320g of flour
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Preparation


1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C or gas mark 6.

Mix the ingredients in an electric mixer, except for the sesame paste.

Divide your preparation in two, add the sesame paste to one preparation and the vanilla extract to the other.

Place the two preparations in two piping bags.

Pour into the mold, creating a marbling effect. Bake for 30 minutes.

. Let cool. Make a grid pattern with the sesame paste on top of the cake.
