Karaage à la sauce Miso Tamari

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken thighs (cut into pieces for frying)
  • A tablespoon of Miso tamari
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • Karaageko in sufficient quantity
  • Frying oil (for cooking)

Preparation


1.
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add the miso tamari sauce and massage the chicken well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Coat the marinated chicken with Karaageko.

3.
Heat the oil to 180°C in a deep fryer or frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.
