Shiratama Fruit Salad

Salade de fruits aux Shiratama

Ingredients

  • 100 g of rice flour for shiratama
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 80 ml of water
  • Fresh fruit of your choice: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.
  • Concentrated shiso syrup

Preparation


1.
Mix the shiratama rice flour and sugar. Add the water and knead until you get a firm dough.

2.
Form small balls and immerse them in boiling water.

3.
When they float, cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

4.
Cool them in cold water and drain them.

5.
Arrange the freshly cut fruit and shiratama on a plate.

6.
Add the syrup. Serve chilled!
