Iburigakko Potato Salad

Salade de pomme de terre à l'iburigakko

Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized potatoes
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 60g of Iburigakko
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Black pepper

Preparation


1.
Cook the potatoes in boiling water.

Cut the iburigakko into thin slices.

3.
When the potatoes are cooked, peel them while they are still hot.

4.
Put them in a bowl and mash them roughly.

5.
Add the salt and vinegar and mix well.

6.
Then add the cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix again.

7.
Finally, add the iburigakko and mix gently.
