1.Cook the potatoes in boiling water.
2.Cut the iburigakko into thin slices.
3.When the potatoes are cooked, peel them while they are still hot.
4.Put them in a bowl and mash them roughly.
5.Add the salt and vinegar and mix well.
6.Then add the cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix again.
7.Finally, add the iburigakko and mix gently.
