Octopus Salad with Kimchi

Salade de poulpe au kimchi

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of cooked octopus (about 120 g)
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon kimchi sauce

Preparation


1.
Cut the cucumber into pieces, then remove the seeds.

2.Sprinkle with salt and let sit for about 5 minutes.

3.After 5 minutes, drain the water and pat the cucumber dry with a paper towel to remove excess water.

4.Cut the octopus into pieces and mix it with the cucumber, kimchi sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
