
Usage
Pairing : Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs very well with acidity, bitterness, spices, egg, umami and dried/smoked ingredients. Enjoy it in a cocktail, with a cheese and dried fruit platter (almond, dried apricot, hazelnut, walnut, pine nut, etc.), with a cherry tart, peach melba, cheesecake or chocolate fudge cake.
Serving temperature: This umeshu can be enjoyed chilled (10-12°) but also at room temperature (17-20°) or even a little warm (47-50°).
