Description

Warabimochiko is a Japanese flour traditionally made from starch extracted from the roots of the warabi fern. Due to the fern's rarity, the starch is replaced here with sweet potato starch. The main ingredient in warabimochi, a traditional Japanese dessert, it offers a soft, slightly elastic, and melt-in-the-mouth texture after baking.
