Description

Dashi is the Japanese broth that represents the essence of umami in Japanese cuisine. Traditionally, it is extracted from kombu and dried bonito, but here we offer a vegetarian dashi made with 8 vegetables from the Aomori region in northern Japan. It does not contain added MSG.

It is a medium-sized company with 60 employees. created in 1991 by Mr. Shinichi Kashiwazaki. Its vegetables are sold fresh, or processed into other products. Its flagship products include garlic, black garlic, nagaimo (Japanese yam), burdock. Kashiwazaki Seika supplies us with high-quality black garlic, obtained by slowly fermenting garlic in a humid and warm place.
