Description
This concentrated syrup is made with black ginger, Okinawan cane sugar, and hebesu juice, a Japanese citrus fruit grown in the Miyazaki region that resembles sudachi. Black ginger is fermented for 3 weeks, making it 50 times richer in shogaols than fresh or dried ginger. Shogaols are one of the spicy components of ginger that act in particular to increase body temperature and metabolism, participate in the vitalization of liver cells, and even reduce joint pain.

With Momiki, you’ll discover little Japanese treasures, born from visionary craftsmanship and a passion for exceptional fermentations.
On sent bien l'agrume. Assez liquide et sucré. Très bon en marinade !
très sucré (trop !)
Bonjour,
