

Usage
This Japanese rice is equally well-suited to Japanese and Western cuisine. It can be enjoyed hot or at room temperature because its grains hold together well and do not harden even when cooled.
Instructions: Rinse the rice several times and then drain. 1.2 parts water to 1 part dry rice. After cooking, keep warm for 10 minutes then aerate well by mixing the rice gently. Allow 75g of dry rice per person.
