Flavor

Appearance: This beer is clear and bright with a beautiful golden color with straw highlights. It has a compact off-white head with fine bubbles.

Nose: The initial nose is aromatic with citrus fruits like lemon zest and orange. There are also hints of mint, fresh herbs, and cream. Upon aeration, honey and other fruitier aromas like pineapple appear.

Palate: The taste is fresh with lactic notes appearing from the start of the attack. We smell butter and cream. The fruity aromas then develop on citrus fruits. The bitterness is very light, even imperceptible. The mid-palate reveals dried mint and orange blossom honey.

Finish: The finish is light, with notes of rice. It is an easy-drinking, thirst-quenching beer.
