Appearance: This beer has a beautiful, compact head and fine bubbles. It has a deep honey gold color with red highlights.

Nose: The nose is toasted with notes of toast and dried fruit. There are also some iodine, dried mint, and animal aromas. Little by little, aromas of honey are revealed. Upon aeration, the zest of clementine and yuzu appear, still with yeasty notes of breadcrumbs. There are also some spices reminiscent of a light curry.

Palate: The tasting is fresh and aromatic with a hint of sweetness. There are lovely citrus notes like clementine zest, yuzu but also grapefruit zest. The palate is more floral with orange blossom. The bitterness is present but it is delicate on the attack then accentuates a little in the mid-palate to balance the slight sweetness present.

Finish: The bitterness lingers on a finish with notes of Earl Grey tea and roasted peanuts. The fine, refreshing bubbles provide a pleasant sensation that lingers in the mouth after tasting. This is a simple and pleasant beer.
