Description
Indian Pale Ale is a top-fermented beer style of English origin. It is characterized by its very bitter aroma with fruity notes, linked to its high hop content. This IPA is a beer with character, with a strong taste that can be appreciated both with the nose and the taste buds. It gets its flavor from the quantity of malt and hops used to brew it, twice as much. Its golden color and beautiful bitterness make it a hop-driven beer that remains very easy to drink. Appearance: This beer has a beautiful, compact head with a slight hint of café crème. It has a deep apricot jam color with orange highlights. The bubbles are fine and delicate.

Nose: The first nose is delicious, aromatic, fruity with lovely citrus notes like grapefruit and blood orange. There are also notes of cereals and stewed red fruits like raspberry. Upon aeration, there are tangy, more animal, woody notes. There are hints of honey and yeast.

Palate: The attack is bitter and fresh. We find these citrus notes like grapefruit but also orange zest, ginger and honey. The bitterness is very well balanced and continues until the finish with touches of black tea.

Finish: The finish is subtle, pretty and persistent, always with a discreet bitterness like a cachou candy. There is a refreshing salivation.
