Hojicha Grog

Ingredients

  • 150 ml of well-brewed hojicha tea
  • 50 ml of Koshu (aged sake)
  • 20 ml of artisanal cola
  • 2 small pieces of black sugar
  • 2 slices of fresh yuzu
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • A little bit of shichimi
  • 4 sansho berries
  • A few drops of yuzu juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation


1.
Prepare a well-brewed hōjicha tea.


2.
Pour the sake into a heat-resistant glass. Add the hot hōjicha tea.


3.
Stir in the sugar, yuzu slices and ginger.


4.
Next add the spices (shichimi and sansho), as well as a few drops of yuzu juice.


5.
Finish by adding a cinnamon stick to flavor everything!
