Udon Noodle Soup

Preparation :

1.Heat the water with the broth sachets [A]. Once boiling, let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the sachets, then add the soy sauce, mirin, and salt to adjust the taste.

2.Cook the udon noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain.

3.Divide the noodles into bowls, pour the hot broth over them, and add your choice of toppings and condiments.
