Udon Noodle Soup

Soupe de nouilles Udon

Ingredients

  • 100g udon noodles
  • 1 sachet of Dashi Bouillon in sachets
  • 400ml of water
  • 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Mirin
  • a pinch of salt
  • Choice of filling: wakame seaweed, katsuobushi, egg, etc.
  • Condiment of your choice: chopped chives, sesame seeds, etc.

Preparation :

Heat the water with the broth sachets [A]. Once boiling, let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the sachets, then add the soy sauce, mirin, and salt to adjust the taste.

2.Cook the udon noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain.

3.Divide the noodles into bowls, pour the hot broth over them, and add your choice of toppings and condiments.
