Yasashi Umeyasan

Located in Kamitonda, in Wakayama Prefecture,Yasashi Umeyacultivatedsince 1940Japanese plumscertified organic, without pesticides, chemical fertilizers or additives. Masters in the art ofumeboshi, these salted and dried plums prepared according to ancestral know-how, they also work theshiso(red perilla) which traditionally accompanies the plum. From this alliance are born unique creations like theirorganic crispy shiso and ume flakes, with a tangy and fragrant taste, perfect for spicing up rice, salads, noodles or stews. A concentrate of Japanese tradition and authentic flavors, directly from the land and the passionate work of four generations of producers.
