Poke Bowl

Ingredients (2 people)

  • 150g of rice
  • 200g of Salmon or Red Tuna
  • 1 tablespoon of spring onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons poke sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 of each Mango, avocado,
  • A few radish shavings
  • A pinch of wakame and edamame seaweed

Preparation


1.
Rice: Rinse the rice several times by rubbing it between your hands until the water runs clear, then drain it. Place the rice in your cooker and add 1.3 parts water to 1 part dry rice. Leave the rice in the water for 15 to 30 minutes. Then, start your machine.

2.Marinade: Cut the fish into pieces. Finely chop the spring onion. Mix everything together in a bowl and marinate with the poke sauce.

3.Fruits and vegetables: Cut the avocado and mango. Slice the radishes very thinly.

4.Preparation: Place the cooked rice in the bowl. Place the fish on top and add the fruits and vegetables, as shown in the photo, one after the other. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
