Toho Shokuhin

Founded in 1986, Toho Shokuhin's philosophy is based on two foundations: taste and health. From the locality of Komatsu, in Ishikawa Prefecture, Toho Shokuhin produces seasoned sesame seeds, of which she has become a true specialist. These sesame seeds are part of the “furikake” family, a type of condiment widely used in Japanese cuisine and are produced in accordance with tradition while combining modernity thanks to state-of-the-art equipment to guarantee the best quality and authentic taste.
