Black sesame cake

Ingredients

  • 40g black sesame paste
  • 150g yogurt
  • 50g honey
  • 120g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 320g flour
  • 1/2 yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or thermostat 6.

2. Mix all ingredients in an electric mixer, except the sesame paste. 

3. Divide the mixture in two, adding the sesame paste to one and the vanilla extract to the other.

4. Place the two preparations in two piping bags.

5. Pour into the mold, making sure to marble. Bake for 30 minutes. 

6. Leave to cool. Line the top of the cake with the sesame paste.
