Tokachi Hills is a Tokachi sub-prefecture, Hokkaido Island, Japan's northernmost island. Founded in 1954, the company mainly produces and distributes legumes in Japan: soybeans, red azuki beans, white azuki beans. It also produces nagaimo (Japanese yam).
Tokachi Hills has developed a patented process for converting vegetables or legumes into alcohol. From these alcohols, Tokachi Hills has succeeded in producing vinegars of a new kind: vinegars of red, white, nagaimo beans... These vinegars are 100% natural: the ingredients are vegetables or legumes, and water. Nothing more. With these vinegars, we discover new subtle and unknown flavors.
