Description : Karaage is Japanese fried chicken, widely consumed on a daily basis. This karaage flour, karaageko, is made from 100% organic rice grown in Ishikawa, without pesticides or chemicals. Thought to prepare karaage, it already contains salt, onion powder and black pepper. Moreover, this flour is gluten-free and allows little oil absorption during frying.

Use : For your karaage, use 50g of this karaageko for 200-300g of chicken. Rub well the chicken with the karaageko and fry in oil. It can also be used as a binder in hamburger steaks, or to coat fish meunière-style. You can adjust the seasoning of the karaageko with soy sauce or the ingredient of your choice.

Ingredients : Rice flour (80%), Sugar, Salt, Onion powder, Black pepper

Preservation : Keep at room temperature, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. After opening, refrigerate in an airtight container with the opening closed and consume soon.

The processed products it sells are all made with food grown locally on the farm, enhancing both the close relationship with producers and their work.
