Gomashio mozzarella cheese on the go 

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400g of mozzarella di buffala
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 pinches of gomashio
  • A few basil leaves
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes


Cut 4 slices of bread and toast them.

Couper en quartier les tomates cerises.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters.

Slice the mozzarella and place it one side on each slice of bread.

Season the mozzarella with gomashio, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
