Konjac chijimi



1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients until obtaining a pancake-like batter.

2. Grease a fry pan with oil and heat up over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, spread a thin layer of batter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the edges are golden. Flip over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

3. Once cooked, divide into 3 parts lengthwise and cut into several pieces widthwise. Sprinkle it with a bit of golden sesame or kimchi flavored sesame and a bit of scallion.

To make the sauce: Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Add a bit of kimchi flavored sesame seeds.

Serve immediately with sauce.
