Description: The tamari sauce is part of the soy sauce family, but it is made from soybeans only, without wheat. Soybeans used are GMO free. This sauce is perfect for a gluten-free diet. 

Flavor: Salty, rich and deep, drier, with a strong soy taste.

Use: It could be used in your daily food for cooking or seasoning ( stews, roast chiken, salad dressing, crudités, etc.)
