Kanazawa premium beer Pale Ale 330ml 5°

387

6,10 € tax incl.

Description : Produced from six row barley grown in the brewery’s farm, the Pale Ale is a white beer with a distinctive and strong umami flavor thanks to the homemade malt. It is an amber colored beer with a silky foam.

Alcohol by volume : 5%

Apparence: This beer has a nice compact foam and fine bubbles. It has a deep honey gold color with reddish highlights.

Nose: The nose is toasted with notes of bread toast and dried fruits. There are also some iodine, dried mint and animal scents. Gradually, aromas of honey are revealed. With the aeration, the zests of clementine and yuzu appear with still yeasty notes of bread crumb. We also perceive some spices which make think of a light curry.

Mouth: The tasting is fresh and aromatic with a touch of sweetness. There are lovely citrus notes like clementine zest, yuzu but also grapefruit zist. The palate is more floral with orange blossom. The bitterness is present but it is delicate on the attack then it becomes more pronounced in the middle of the mouth to balance the slight sweetness.

Finish: The bitterness persists on a finish with notes of earl grey tea and roasted peanuts. The fine and refreshing bubbles bring a nice sensation that remains in the mouth after tasting. It is a simple and pleasant beer.

Pairing: With its lightness, the Pale Ale is the ideal accompaniment to any type of dish and more specifically Japanese dishes such as gyoza but also fried dishes. It goes also very well with cheese plates or as an aperitif. The Pale Ale is popular among bitter and flavorful beer enthusiasts.
