Description: Black yuzu kosho is a chili and yuzu (Japanese citrus) paste, it has a beautiful black colour thanks to bamboo charcoal. It’s an excellent seasoning, it can be used in sauces and marinades, and it perfectly accompanies fish, grilled meat, vegetables, beef tartar.

Flavor: Beautiful balance between green chili and fresh yuzu, no betterness.

Use: Chili paste, ready to use as seasoning, can be cooked.

Ingredients: Pepper (41.79%), Salt (29,85%), Yuzu peel (27.86%), Bamboo Charcoal (0,5%)

Preservation: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep refrigerated after opening.

tres poirvé, tres salé... TROP!

Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour ! En effet, le yuzu kosho est un condiment piquant traditionnellement fabriqué à partir de sel, de yuzu et de piment. Son goût complexe entre salé piquant et fruité s'utilise donc avec parcimonie pour relever les bouillons sauces et sashimi par exemple. N'hésitez pas à le diluer avec du vinaigre, de l'huile et de la sauce soja par exemple ! Au plaisir, L'équipe Umami
