Description : This brand new type of spicy sauce condenses the charm of Tokushima in a bottle. It is a pleasant and refreshing hot sauce that combines yuzu juice with kaki vinegar. The name Bakasco is a combination of “Bando” and “Kawazoe” , the producers who supply the main ingredients of the sauce.

Flavor : After tasting the tangy flavor of kaki vinegar paired with the pleasant fragrance of yuzu, the sauce reveals a punchy and spicy flavor.

Use : Just a few drops of Bakasco on pasta, pizza or french fries for a spicy yet refreshing touch. Use it to season a burger, beef tartar, ceviche or gazpacho. Use it in a broth to make a noodle soup with ramen or soba and it goes well paired with sashimi and Japanese cuisine altogether.

Ingredients : Yuzu juice (60%), kaki vinegar (35%), salt (4,75%), yuzu peel (0,20%), red pepper (0,05%)
