Description: Sanbaizu vinegar is a mix of three specific ingredients: rice vinegar, mirin and soy sauce. Bonito dashi has also been added to this one.
Flavor: Its taste is very sweet with a good taste of bonito.
Use: Sanbaizu is traditionally used with seafood : crustaceans (crab, oyster), squid, seaweeds, but it is also perfect with vegetables or to season salads.
