Description: These ramen noodles are made by a rice farmer association in the Akita prefecture. Gluten-free, GMO-free and without any animal ingredient, they are suitable for any type of alimentation and will allow you to make easily delicious homemade ramens.
Use: Cook 2min-2min30 in boiling water. You can use this gluten-free noodles to make traditional ramen recipes such as miso, tonkotsu, shio or shoyu.
Ingredients: White rice powder (41,3%), Germinated brown rice powder (40,33%), Modified starch (14,41%), Baking powder (E450(i), E500 (ii), E341 (i), Corn powder) (1,92%), Thickener (E405, E400, E412) (1,25%), Salt (0,79%).

The association of Akitakomachi producers from Ogata village has been funded in 1985 by farmers of the Ogata village. The initial vocation of the association was to deliver directly their rice to consumers from all around Japan. In order to make healthy and safe products, they conduct various tests and analysis during the making process. The association also obtained the ISO 22000 certification. Besides rice, they develop various based rice products such as amazake or gluten-free products like rice based ramen noodles. Since 2018, they offer a unique amazake, made with koji developed in the Akita prefecture, the Amekoji. It was praised in Japan and beyond. The association want to become the reference in rice making in Japan and create an agriculture where young farmers can dream.
