Description : Komeko is a gluten-free rice flour, ideal as a substitute for traditional flours. This one is made from a more aromatic variety of rice, 100% organic and grown in Ishikawa, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. 

Use : Komeko can be used in a wide range of Japanese dishes, such as tempura and okonomiyaki. It can also be used in Western dishes such as burgers steak and meatballs. This organic rice flour adds a touch of crunch to your fried dishes, and a little extra consistency to your baked dishes.

Preservation : Keep at room temperature, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. After opening, refrigerate in an airtight container with the opening closed and consume soon.

Kanazawa Daichi is an organic farm located in the suburbs of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto, in Ishikawa prefecture. It practices environmentally-friendly agriculture. Its main crops are rice, barley, wheat, buckwheat, vegetables and fruit, grown organically on abandoned farmland. The processed products it sells are all made with food grown locally on the farm, enhancing both the close relationship with producers and their work.
